All people who want to get a driving license for the category A1 (scooter), -A (A35KW motorcyc) or B (car) for the first time must complete the VKU course.
After passing the theory test. I highly recommend that you complete the VKU course at the beginning of your driving education. This will help you a lot in the basic training.
The course lasts 8 hours and must be completed on at least two days of 4 hours each.
Since January 1st, 2021, training courses that you have completed and passed are valid without limitation. The VKU course is therefore valid indefinitely from this date. Until 31.12.2020, the VKU is only valid for two years. The same applies to the theory test!
The theory test teaches you how to behave on the road so that you don't get a fine. In the VKU course you will learn how to drive safely on the road without getting involved in an accident.
